1Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 333r ("333r", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at 333r.pro and its related sub-domains and mobile applications.

By accessing the 333r platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 333r platform.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered by 333r, including but not limited to cricket betting, live casino, slot games, lottery, and any future products added to the platform. Additional product-specific rules may apply to individual games or promotions and will be communicated at the relevant point of participation.

2Eligibility

To register and maintain an account with 333r, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 333r enforces this requirement through CNIC-based identity verification at the account registration stage.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is specifically prohibited under applicable local laws.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, director, or close family member of any employee of 333r or any of its affiliated companies, partner gaming providers, or licensed suppliers.
• You must not have previously had a 333r account suspended, terminated, or closed for breach of these Terms.
• You must be acting on your own behalf, not as a representative or agent for any third party.

333r reserves the right to request additional identity and age verification documents at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and a hold on any pending withdrawal.

3Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active 333r account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. All accounts found to be duplicates may be closed without prior notice, and any balances across duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

3.2 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your 333r account. This includes your legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your date of birth, your Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. 333r will never contact you to ask for your password. You must notify 333r support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

3.4 KYC Verification

333r operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with international anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. You may be required to submit a copy of your CNIC, proof of address, and documentation confirming your payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. 333r reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification.

4Deposits & Payments

333r accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank, UBL Bank, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. No foreign currency deposits are accepted through PKR banking channels.

Deposits are generally credited to your 333r wallet in real time or within a few minutes, depending on your chosen payment method and network conditions. 333r accepts no responsibility for delays caused by third-party payment providers, bank processing times, or mobile network congestion.

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and will be displayed at the point of deposit.
• 333r does not charge fees on deposits, but your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own service charges.
• Deposits made to your 333r wallet may not be reversed once credited. If you believe a deposit was made in error, contact support immediately.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. 333r reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal regardless of amount.

5.1 Processing Times

Typical withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• JazzCash & EasyPaisa: Generally within a few hours of approval, subject to mobile wallet limits.
• HBL, UBL & Meezan Bank: Standard inter-bank clearing times apply, typically 1–3 business days.
• SadaPay: Processing times are similar to other mobile wallet methods.
• USDT TRC20: Subject to blockchain network confirmation times.

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• Bonus funds must satisfy the applicable wagering requirements before they can be included in a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to accounts that have not completed KYC verification.
• 333r reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits in cases where unusual activity is detected, pending investigation.
• Players may not withdraw a deposit that has not been used for at least one genuine bet or game round, at 333r's discretion.

6Bonuses & Promotions

333r offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players from time to time. These include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and PSL cricket-specific promotions. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any offer-specific terms published alongside each promotion.

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and KYC verification, unless the promotion specifically states otherwise.
• All bonus credits are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each offer will be stated in the promotion details.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each bonus. Bonus funds that have not been wagered by the expiry date will be automatically removed from your account.
• 333r reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, adjust its terms, or cancel a player's participation in any promotion where abuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms is suspected.
• Only one bonus may typically be active at any time unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash except in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements.

7Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on 333r are subject to the general betting rules set out in this section, as well as sport-specific rules available within the relevant sports section of the platform.

• All bets are accepted subject to 333r's right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
• Once a bet is confirmed and a bet reference number has been issued, that bet cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• Odds displayed on 333r are subject to change at any time prior to bet placement. The odds confirmed at the time your bet is accepted are the odds that will apply to that bet.
• In the event of an obvious error in the display of odds (a manifest error), 333r reserves the right to void or correct the bet at the correct market odds.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to system availability. 333r accepts no liability for system delays that may result in a bet being accepted after the relevant event outcome.
• All PSL, Test match, T20 international, and domestic Pakistan cricket markets are governed by the cricket-specific betting rules available in the Cricket section of the 333r platform.

8Casino & Game Rules

All casino games available on 333r — including live dealer games, slot titles, and any other electronic gaming products — are operated using certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer systems supplied by internationally regulated gaming providers including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, and Habanero.

• Game outcomes are determined by the RNG or live dealer system and are independent of any previous results. Past outcomes do not influence future results.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, 333r's system will complete the game round according to its standard logic. The result of the completed round will be binding.
• If a software malfunction affects the integrity of a game round, 333r reserves the right to void the affected round and return all stakes to the participating players.
• Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are set by the game provider and are certified by independent testing laboratories. These percentages reflect long-term statistical returns and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 333r platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may result in referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the 333r platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the platform in any non-human manner.
• Engaging in match fixing, spot fixing, or any form of collusion with other players or third parties to influence the outcome of sporting events.
• Using the 333r platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime purpose.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings resulting from such exploitation will be voided.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, modify, or distribute any part of the 333r platform, its software, or its content.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 333r staff, support agents, or other players.
• Allowing any third party to access or operate your account on your behalf.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the 333r platform — including but not limited to the 333r logo, brand name, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, written content, and data — is the intellectual property of 333r or its licensed content suppliers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 333r platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, redistribute, publicly display, or create derivative works based on any 333r content.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 333r shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the 333r platform. This includes but is not limited to losses arising from:

• System downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to the platform.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Errors in odds displayed due to data feed failures.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain password security.
• Changes to laws or regulations that affect the availability of 333r services in a particular jurisdiction.

333r's total liability to any player in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12Privacy & Data

333r is committed to protecting the personal data of all registered players. The collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data is governed by the 333r Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement and should be read in conjunction with these Terms.

By registering on 333r, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Your CNIC, contact details, and financial information are processed for the purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.
• 333r does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Transactional and gameplay data may be shared with our licensed game providers and payment processors solely for the purpose of delivering the services you have requested.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to 333r's legal retention obligations.

13Responsible Gaming

333r is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base in Pakistan. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and should never be viewed as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

333r provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible directly from the account settings area:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps on your account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the total amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a defined period of your choosing.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from the 333r platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

14Suspension & Account Closure

333r reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Chargebacks or disputed payment transactions initiated by the player.
• Abusive, threatening, or offensive behaviour towards 333r staff or other players.
• At the player's own request, including via a self-exclusion request.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of all outstanding verification requirements.

15Amendments to These Terms

333r reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, 333r will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account, or via a prominent notice on the platform, at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the 333r platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date and withdraw any remaining real-money balance.

16Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 333r holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet, game result, account balance, or any other matter, you must first contact the 333r support team to attempt resolution. 333r will endeavour to resolve all disputes within a reasonable timeframe. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the support process, the matter may be escalated to the relevant dispute resolution body specified by 333r's licensing authority.

For the avoidance of doubt, 333r's records — including bet history, transaction logs, and game round data — shall be deemed the authoritative record in the event of any dispute, unless demonstrably shown to be in error.
